Old School

Growing up, I played a lot of 'school.' My mom found some great props like super old workbooks and textbooks. If only I still had those! No, not to actually teach from (our lessons call for incorporating technology these days), but rather to have as throw back decor. Old school is in!

I coached hurdles last year and am thankful ours weren't in this state - would be hard to adjust with that rust...
but I sure appreciate this crusty piece!

Here's a new twist on old lockers - LOVE this idea!
The vendors are from Mendota, IL - can't find their card right now but will post their link when I do.
I am going to get one of these olive buckets when I go back this weekend.

Great looking planters and succulents!

Another inspiring display with vintage lockers and an olive bucket!
Maybe Andrew can pick up welding and woodworking this summer.

From tents to tee-pees, you see it all! Not sure how these camping vendors endured last Monday night's storms and am hoping Warrenton was safe from today's round.

Two colors I can't pass up - rust and green! These two carts came home with me.

The picture doesn't do this booth justice.

This panda scene was inside the above booth.

And here are some shots from the ever-so-talented Theresa from Garden Antqs Vintage - so creative with the displays! Her tent was packed full of awesome goods. Sorry I missed you Theresa!

Cool chairs, chippy frames, fun fawn, and great guys!

I am a sucker for suitcases. Came home with a few and loved this display.

The Junk Gypsy tent was PACKED!

People were like paparazzi around this guy. He was a bit uncomfortable in the heat and humidity.

I just adore that cream colored dress.
If I were going to the Junkorama Prom this Thursday night, that is what I would love to wear!

How great is this scene in front of Salvaged/Old Gold?!
Loved visiting Megan at her space, meeting her fun mom, and seeing their awesome styles come together.
Do not miss them in Dillard's Field across from the Lutheran Church.

This is the same place with all the body parts in the wash tub.
Those feather plumes look awesome in just a simple glass vase.
They had some old flash cards I wish I had gotten.

Shutters and screens, more things I can't resist.

So much Old School, yet so much new charm! If you are anywhere near Round Top/Warrenton, you must go! Many dealers are headed home on Saturday, but you can still catch a few on Easter.

I hope you and your loved ones are safe from the storms.

Have a chic rest of the week!
